Welcome. If you are a little nervous about the first session, that is normal — we said it in 2024 and it is still true this spring.
Paperwork is easier now. Complete the online intake on your phone, stop by for a packet, or arrive 15 minutes early. Current patients can finish outcome forms in English or Spanish on one page — no more Next, Next, Next.
Your first visit includes an evaluation and the start of treatment. We talk through goals and map the next visits so you know what to expect. Then we get to work.
